Betties360 is currently a 100% volunteer organization. As a direct result, your generous donation of time, energy and financial backing makes our programs possible. Our volunteer opportunities include:

Workshop Mentors:
* Mentor young girls though a year of outdoors programs. Along with other Betties, learn skills in adventure sports (no outdoor experience required), support each others' experiences and create trusting friendships. We recruit 6 to 10 volunteers per year, beginning in July. These individuals are asked to commit to 8 to 10 programs.

Administrative Opportunities:
* Grant Writer: Assist with grant research and writing, as directed by the Board of Directors.
* Marketing: Creation of marketing collateral.
* Office Assistant: Data entry, paperwork processing and other administrative duties.
